Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer one of the following solutions at our sole discretion:

• A partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, or
• A replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
